Joint Entrance Exam (Advanced) 2016 at TGCE on May 22

Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2016 will be held at Tagore Govt. College of Education here on May 22, 2016 in two sessions i.e. from 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm. All the eligible candidates have been advised to reach the examination centre by 7.20 am for Paper 1 and by 12.50 pm for Paper 2 on May 22 for biometric registration and verification, respectively. 

  No candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination centre after the start of the examination. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before the scheduled end of the examination and without handing over the optical response sheet (ORS) to the invigilator. Every candidate will bring downloaded admit card with signature of the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2016 bearing signature, photograph and centre details with original photo identity card such as Aadhaar card, school/college ID, driving licence, passport and PAN card. 

  Candidates are strictly advised not to bring any electronic devices, smart or programmable watches, phones, calculators, shoes, high heels, any types of metallic objects, ornaments, rings, bracelets, taveez, clothes with full sleeves, big buttons, brooch, flowers, books, notes, loose sheets, hats, hoods, caps, goggles, purse, wallet, pencil box etc. Possession of any of these articles or adoption of unfair means impersonation, misconduct during the examination will automatically lead to disqualification. Only transparent black ball point pens, pencils and small erasers are allowed. 

 Only black ball point pen is allowed to darken the bubbles in the ORS. Candidate are not allowed to erase or un-darken a bubble in the ORS. Both papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2) or the examination are compulsory, a communication received here said.
