A&N Cyclists shine at 38th National Games in Uttarakhand: wins three medals in individual sprint event

     Cyclists from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands have put up an outstanding performance at the 38th National Games, currently underway at Uttarakhand. With their remarkable speed, skill, and determination, they have secured multiple medals in the prestigious event.
      Leading the charge, David Beckham clinched Gold Medal in the Men's Individual Sprint, demonstrating his exceptional prowess on the track. His dominant performance solidified his reputation as one of the finest cyclists in the country. Meanwhile, fellow A&N Cyclist, Esow showcased remarkable grit and resilience to secure the Bronze Medal in the same event, adding to the Islands' tally.
      In the Women's Individual Sprint, Celestina delivered an equally commendable performance, claiming the Silver Medal with her sheer speed and tactical brilliance. Her achievement highlights the rising stature of A&N's Women Cyclists on the national stage.
    The 38th National Games, which commenced on January 28, 2025, will continue until February 14, 2025, featuring top athletes from across the country competing in various disciplines. 
     The Cyclists from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands have already made a significant impact, inspiring many young athletes and reinforcing the region's reputation as a hub of cycling talent.
