The SHG members of Gram Panchayat Calicut, Sippighat, Radhanagar and Beodnabad under C.D. Block Prothrapur and Gram Panchayat Ferragunj, Tushnabad, Namunaghar, Dhanikhari under C. D. Block Ferrargunj participated in the SHE Market.
The SHE Market has provided a platform and handholding support to the Rural SHGs women and helps to generate livelihood. The SHGs were provided with an opportunity for the sale of their products i.e. bakery items, vegetables, bamboo and cane items, local spices and poultry products etc. The SHG members have sold products to a tune of around Rs. 40,000 in both the Blocks.
