Islands Rugby Football Team shines at National Arena

The Islands Rugby Football Women's Team delivered an outstanding performance in the ongoing National Rugby Sevens Championship being held in Guwahati, Assam. On April 24, 2025, the team secured two impressive victories-defeating Pondicherry by 5 goals and Andhra Pradesh by 2 goals. The Men's team is scheduled to compete on April 27, 2025.
Meanwhile, Shri Mohd. H. Jadwet, Chairman of the Rugby Football Association, A&N Islands, has congratulated all the team members for their remarkable achievements, a press release from ANSOA said.
