Special program organized by SCPS at Pranab Kanya Sangha

The State Child Protection Society (SCPS) under the Directorate of Social Welfare in collaboration with Oil India Pvt. Ltd., organized a special program at Pranab Kanya Sangha to distribute LED TVs to 11 Child Care Institutions (CCIs). This initiative is a part of ongoing efforts to improve living conditions and support the welfare of children residing in these homes.
Smti. Rehaneth Begum, Program Manager of SCPS, welcomed the gathering and outlined the objectives of Mission Vatsalya, a flagship Government Scheme dedicated to the protection and welfare of vulnerable children. She emphasized the Scheme's commitment to ensuring safety, wellbeing, and holistic development for children in need.
Shri Sanjib Kumar Gogoi, Chief General Manager, Oil India Ltd., highlighted the company's significant role in the initiative. He elaborated on Oil India Ltd.'s contributions under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Shri A.K. Biswas, Nodal Officer of Mission Vatsalya Scheme, a press release from Directorate of Social Welfare said.
